Going against people who have every single new player in my Super Bowl Games is so wild. How am I suppose to compete with Newest Players Released + Blitz Man Meta with no time in the pocket while having a good O-Line (Yes i have Abilities on them)? Of course the highest overall players can lock up or get open almost every down even with adjustments. Ik some will just be like " Get Better" but in the end the skill gap between players in lineups is wild smh. Would love to see someone try to use lower overall budget beast win a SB against these P2W Teams. Would you guys wants a overall based matchmaking(That can't be exploited like the older Maddens)?
Overall Based Matchmaking?
I wish madden was more transparent about every player's elo. I talked with some friends about it, but every other game throws it in your face what rank you are or how good you are after each game. Madden hides it and is very secretive on how it works. With weekend league no longer a thing and not having good rewards(beside comp pass grinding) that is no longer a reliable metric of how good you are as a player. If you just play enough games you will eventually get to mvp and legend and I am a very avg player. Like other games make sure you know that you are a bronze or silver tier player or you can flex if you a diamond level player.
My friends counter was Madden wants to hide that and make it seem like you are always 1 or 2 cards away from being as good as the player who just beat you. This applies to if you have an 86 budget overall squad or if you have a 90+ overall squad. The chase for better cards make you want to get more cards which fuels their market system when in reality probably 60% of the MUT community just isn't as good as they think they are.

i agree as an avg player who somehow got to legend but always gets beat by actually good players when i get there
sometimes ill queue for a game against a random guy who just got the game with an 80 ovr team then play a 40/40 legend tt leaderboard player like wtf

This is my point I have no idea what rank I would be until I have like play min 100 H2H games and my elo stop swinging. If looking into myself I do not see myself as even close to a legend player and it sound like you have the same feeling. I always liked in other ranking system where the first year I play the game I only ever make it to like low silver or something. Then with changes and more exp see that I can make the jump to Platinum so on and so on. Give you a goals instead of just mindlessly playing.
Champs has no ELO at all. You get who you get. H2H otherwise is based on ELO.
The cards you have are what they have, wether you spend time or money to get, wont make a difference. Id rather play whos just as good as me than teams because then you would have people smurf teams to beat everyone.

Pretty sure the elo history does not extend to 100 games. It seems like 3 or 4 consecutive wins or losses will bump you up or down a notch.
