Pick Artist all day! 
 

Tip Drill only lights up if the ball is tipped and doesn’t give you a stamina boost on the INT return. 
 

Pick Artist lights up when the ball is in the air, tipped or not, and you get a stamina boost on the INT return.

Agree. Get the 0 AP where you can, otherwise take PA over TD.
