How would you order my receivers?

Running a Chargers theme team, so WR options are slim, other than the 2 team diamonds.

At WR, I have Jacoby Jones, Charlie Joiner and all the base elites like Mike Williams, Keenan Allen, etc…

At TE, I have Casper, Antonio Gates and Parham. Haven’t gotten around to buying Hunter Henry yet.

Current setup is Jacoby at WR1, Antonio Gates at WR2 (but now his chemistry doesn’t add to the 50/50), and Joiner in the slot. Then Casper and Parham at TE1 and 2.

My main predicament is who should be the slot receiver and who should be WR2. I’m pretty set on Jacoby at 1 and leaning towards keeping Casper at TE since he gets TE apprentice for 2. Any input on how to order my receivers? Pretty sure a TE has to be at WR somewhere in order to have the most balanced team with only 2 strong, real WR’s.

But now that I look at it, at 50/50 Gates has 89 speed and Casper has 91 speed. So maybe Casper should be the WR since more speed and better stats and put Gates at TE? But he can’t block as well… Need a new Mike Williams or Keenan Allen card. 
 

For what it’s worth, I’m using Sam Adams as the team captain as I feel a DT was needed more than another WR since I can try to put a TE there.
