Coins Taken After Completing Elway Set

Hey guys,

Any help here would be appreciated. This past Saturday I finally completed the Elway set of Team Diamonds. On Sunday morning when I checked my emails I had an email from EA saying that my coins were removed from my account for coin distribution. I’ve been playing MUT for around 5 years now and have never bought or sold coins. I’m a super casual player that rarely even plays H2H. I disputed the sanction through EA Help but haven’t received any word yet on when or if I might get my coins back. It really pisses me off because I have spent some real money on the game by buying some packs and at least want that refunded if my coins are just going to be stripped from me for no reason. I’d love to hear any suggestions you guys have for me. I feel if I don’t get my coins back then I’m prolly done with MUT. This game is unplayable for a casual without any coins at this point in the year. Thanks in advance for the help.

my motto is…”they can’t take your coins if you don’t have them”

but I don’t know, I would wait and see if EA Help will respond. I know others have had this issue, and some have been resolved. Maybe someone on here has an answer for you I hope.

They did the same thing to me. It took me opening three cases to get my one ban dismissed just for them to turn around 5 days later and do it all over again for the same thing. I have currently sent a letter of dispute to their legal department starting the 30-day informal negotiation period we're all entitled to before arbitration. They ban honest people who don't do anything while streamers openly promote coin selling sites in the open with no repercussions. And the best part is they tell you that they don't have to show you any proof of you doing what they say you did.
