Exclude Program Filter Option

More specifically, I would like to have the option to filter excluding Power Ups at times.  Example, searching 75-79 OVR's by price, but exclude power ups.

I am not sure how useful it would be to exclude other programs, so maybe a checkbox to exclude power ups could suffice?  Just throwing the suggestion out there.

After thinking about it, an "Exclude LTD" filter might be a nice addition as well.
