I played for the first month of the game, but I got busy with work and school so I sold my team. I am looking to get back into the game now. I have around 1M in the bank but, according this site, the theme team I want to run will cost around 3M to make. I would like to know the best packs to open if the objective is to purely make coins. I don't really care about which cards I pull. I just need to make a ton of coins. Suggestions?

Do not rip packs hoping to make coins. You could roll training with the TVP but that is also a gamble and you will probably lose coins that way too.
Best way to make coins is to look for bargain on AH and flip. Also build sets where you can sell the master for more that it cost to build.
The packs in the store you can buy with coins are terrible value.

I am not going to be buying with coins from the market. I have money to spend. I am just not current on the packs in the game and was wondering if some were better than others for pure coin value.

I've stayed away from buying packs for the most part this year, but the limited time platinum bundle was good for me when I opened it at the beginning of the year.

Lmao thats even worse then but if thats what you want to do... Probably legend bundles on a good legend weekend. When we just had 4 in one that was a good shot. Youre still more than likely going to pull nothing so be prepared to lose it all.

The platinum bundle packs when they are in the store. may be the best for coins. But it is hit or miss... I opened one once that had 2 88's an 87, and 2 86;s. I ended up with like a mil coins....but then I opened one and got 300K in quicksell value. The average is probably 400-500K but then you have to factor in all the coins from the cards in the elite packs in the bundle also

The best would be the guaranteed type of packs. I would target about 100k coins per 1000 points, so $200 should get you the 2m coins plus. Those are typically the discounted and early bird packs of the different promos. If you need chunks asap you need to look at the big bundles which always are a bit of a bundle.
i can totally understand the point btw, time is money also just not all seem to get it

Its because of the value.
Spend $100, youre not getting $100 worth of value. More than likely, youre getting $5-10 in most cases. Thats the problem.

Agree and same with thus dude. EA should be ashamed and sued. They're no reason at all for them to take 10% tax to sell on the auctions block......and many other problems

I think the best odds are about 5% you won't loose your ass in the store..
Ignore the hype on tvp pack..all it did was drive up prices on good cards for everyone..
