I finally got my second in the zone card last week, but it won’t give me the second speed bonus. I didn’t have an issue with the offensive ones. They are both fully powered up as well. Any thoughts as to why and how I can fix it? Thanks

Make sure that its not identical to the one you already have.

Just upgraded ITZ from tier 3 to 7. No change in players attributes. Was this a waste, if not then what’s the purpose of being able to upgrade to tier 7?
