I have some most feared and harvest solos not finished yet. My field passes for both programs are already maxed and the remaining rewards seem to be just morph material or harvest XP.
Is there no other reward or reason to complete all solos? Especially those annoying harvest ones
I don't think so, especially if you're maxed out on both Field Passes.
If my Field Pass is maxxed out for that certain promo/set of challenges and there’s no more manor reward to get like an top end player or good pack, then I’ll move into something else instead of finish the solos. If they’re super easy I’ll finish them off, but if I’ve been struggling, I’ll get the top coveted reward and move on.

if Your field passes are maxed out, no, there isn’t really a point. Most of the milestones are minor coin and aren’t worth the grind.
