With Blitz coming I’m gonna be restructuring my defense. Currently running 4-3, SF playbook. I built my team to get organic pressure with my front 4 alone, extra blitzer sometimes. It works pretty well, and also makes inside zone runs near impossible.
Lately I’ve been seeing ppl run that Dollar 3-4. A 3 man Dline disgusts me, but I might try it.
What are some other options? Also what Is the best angle/position to blitz from? OLB outside rush? Inside? DB off the edge?
DB Blitzes are great out of dollar. Recommend someone like Peanut Tillman for that because he plays insane, or Sammy Knight, or especially Brian "Weapon X" Dawkins due to their pass rush stats

What makes a player a good blitzer? just speed and acceleration?

Speed, acceleration, height, block shed, and power and finesse moves
Do anyone knows on defense. If you pick a defens play like 34 over or under odd. What do these mean. Does over mean they can’t beat you over the top.
Would a 4-3 even 6-1 D be good for someone who likes 4-3?

I use Dollar DB Blitz a lot. It sends both slot CB’s on a blitz. Strong Safeties or CB’s with good run support attributes so they can help stop the run as well. I have been using Ty Law and Bam Bam Kam, both play really well for this.
If you really want a competitive advantage use a formation where you can use S at LB. Not tryna tell anyone how to play, but just sharing what imo is the way to win. Nickel Over Dollar 3-2 are both amazing options and can be found in 46 and KC. I prefer to run it in 46 though since I like using 3-3 CUB(335 wide) occasionally

Why would you use a safety at lb? I’ve never understood that
Why would you use a safety at lb? I’ve never understood that idle breakout

Safties are usually faster, have better coverage stats and will get better pick animations. Its generally a better idea to user a Safety because of the speed and animations. With that said you give up a lot of run stopping abilites having DBs at linebackers. In some formations this also causes a "weak box" which slows down your defenders. I love a good nickle and dime but if you have the personel I think 3-4 odd is still amazing. 4-3 can also causes issues with the right LBs.

S are usually faster and LBs don’t jump. To make a LB jump you have to spend AP on lurker which is a total waste. S jump for balls and picks without it.

What about coverage for tight ends? is It better to have a LB or DB on them?

Good question. I think you are screwed either way. Especially with the top TE like Waller, Pitts, Metzelars, etc. You want speed to cover them but you need size to contest the catch and bring them down in the open field. Ideally one of my safeties playing safety matches with them or in man use you user to match up with them. Dexpending on the other teams scheme I have doubled thier TE on occasions.
well may be it comes out with many other possible notion to illustrate which is based on a sequence of events that are often spill down into the shoulder as a liability like helping students for their SHRM assignment writing all hassle and flux as if there was no tomorrow.
