What is the best way to leval up this pass is too good not to get and I don’t have a clue what is the best time value for it

Definitely start with Solo Battles. There are 4 each day that you play against the computer. I recommend you do them on MVP difficulty. Try to do them fast and chew clock and only getting the win matters, no style points. You will get 1 CP (competitive pass point) for each win and more at some win milestones.
Then once you do that every day play online MUT Champions and get as many wins as you can. You will get 2 CP per win and far more at the milestones (eg 20 CP at 10 wins), and remember it’s cumulative between both weeks!
Make sure you also do the 80-81 and 82-83 elite exchange sets for 10 CP each, and the stats objectives in the stats section of the comp pass (30 CP each week for a total of 60 potential CP from that)

If you want to get Juste it'll be tough without doing any mut champs. I would suggest doing ALL 4 solo battles EVERY DAY for the next 2 weeks. and then on top of that, make sure u play them on MVP and knock out the stat requirments too for more CP. do the 82-83 elite exchange and 80-81 elite exchange for 20 cp too. Then try winning 5 mut champ games maybe like 2-3 this week and 2-3 next week. should probably give u enough for juste
