I haven’t seen this play in a very long time.  Just wondering if anyone else has?

At this point you’d think they would have crazy plays like Philly special for example maybe in Eagles playbook

I'm not sure if this is what you mean, but check out the I Form Pro formation in the Dolphins/Patriots playbooks and the I Form Tight formation in the Run N Gun playbook
