Boss Legends without discounted abilities or power-ups

I have saved up for the Blitz promo and now splurged on a few Boss Legends (93 OVR), specifically Merlin Olsen, Art Monk and Jeff Saturday. For all three of them, I have noticed that I don't get any discounted abilities - but also that there is no power-up option in the Upgrades tab (which I have for AKA players). According to the information from EA Twitter account, as well as under the description on the card, there should be a discounted ability after power-up, but I cannot figure out how to do the power-up.

I was hoping that someone could help me understand if there is a glitch (I am using PS5) or if I am missing something?

The legends have a power up card like the old power ups. You have to get the 83 overall power up card to upgrade in order to get the discounts

It's in the power up card. Upgrade next to attributes.

Ah, I thought that I would start with the 93 OVR and add cards to that one, but now realized that I needed to start with the 83 OVR, and build from there - using the 93 OVR as the last add-on. It worked well.
