How has he played for you guys?
The card looks great, but I don’t have him. However, the few times I played against him, I mossed and burnt him with 89 Chase Claypool 💀. Claypool went off those games.
But it may be different for others

Oh, that's not good, lol. I mean, good for your game but not for the card. haha. That Claypool is something else.

Especially with the one Ap Matchup Nightmare
I've been using him in the slot with acro.... it feels like he plays to the level of person he is assigned to, ive seen him have moments like above but I've also seen him press randy and complete eliminate receivers. Acro is amazing to have though.
I had him since he dropped and I actually just sold him when I picked up NTL (was between keeping him or Surtain) but he was getting burnt constantly and sold for more than Surtain did so was a pretty easy decision for me. I never used him with acro but weather he had just pick artist or medium route KO and pick artist he would get absolutely cooked to where the KO wouldn’t even activate. if I were you i would target Surtain or save up for NTL or Woolen Both which have played way better for me.
Thank you guys for the feedback!
He is insane. I have MRKO and Inside Shade on him and he is able to clamp a lot of high end WRs in man coverage.

That's a lot of AP on one CB though. 5 AP. I put 1 or 2 AP max on a DB.....If you put him on Moss he'd probably still get Mossed because that's just how the game is....but still, if I came up against someone that had so much lockdown AP on one CB, I'd then go to Ocho or Steve Smith or Waller/Metzelaars at 6'6 and 6'8 knowing that you probably don't have a lot of AP / abilities on your other DBs. And if you do, then your D line is light on abilities so I'd run Marcus a lot.
I try to balance out my AP between pass rush and coverage and I have a lot of 0 AP abilities that allow hit sticks and things like that

Inside shade is the only way to negate these man beating abilities

Don't run man then. Anybody who runs man all game on me gets fried by my WR's.
imo its not meta anymore.

It still is meta though. The best defenses among MCS Pros are still man. I hold pretty much everyone I play in check with man. And I don't run inside shade. I run NTL, Deion, LTD Woolen, Dawkins, Ed Reed, Chinn, Darren Woodson, and a few others. I run DON and edge threat on both ends Donald and LT.
I could run cover 1 and hold down pretty much any passing attack. First, even with edge protector on both tackles, you wouldn't have time to throw deep. My inside rushers are pass rushers like Too Tall, Howie Long, etc. So I get pressure from all 4 linemen.
Dawkins or Reed can handle any RB or TE. I user Chinn. Darren Woodson hasn't had a problem with any routes. He just shut down Steve Smith with Short in elite for me. he also pass rushes like an OLB
And yeah I throw in some zone every now and then but you'd never know it because I disguise it. You won't be able to tell if I am in man or zone by going in motion. My D is kind of like the same scheme Henry runs.
You on Xbox next gen?

Pressure is very good at it also. No time to throw means no time for receivers to get separation

Yeah next gen. I have beaters for every man defense in the game so unless you're putting some deep thirds on the field or have a great user my guys are getting open.
I run 2 edge pros, Moss with short in and deep out, Jefferson with route tech, Kupp with short in and Pitts with short in. I haven't seen a db cover jefferson yet. I do throw a ton of corner and crossing routes.
The defense MCS guys run I'd consider a hybrid because they rarely have only man assignments in the field, usually a mix of both.
Match coverage is probably the best way to play defense this year.

I set my zone coverage to match when I run zone. You would be able to complete a lot of short stuff on me but I run a bend/don't break defense. I will pinch my entire D but won't press much so it appears I am pressing but I then shade overtop. Corner routes take a long time to develop. Separation happens on the break so I make sure I have middle pressure... Edge pro works against "elite" pass rushers only so what I will do is put Donald at DT, Drop Too tall into coverage (try running back into coverage with a DT, you get a speed boost- it is unreal and Too tall is 6'9 with 94 accel). Then I will bring Darren Woodson or Adrian Wilson around the edge. Edge protector won't work against them since they are not considered elite edge rushers. Same for DTackles like Merlin Olsen who I also sometimes rush off the edge. I have ways to get quick pressure even aginst edge pro. Secure pro is the one I can't beat.
I had thought about that JJ card but I found Moss and Ocho/Steve Smith to be better. Sometimes I also run Julio with discounted matchup nightmare (you probably know this but Matchup nightmare works against CBs also - it's glitched). And I run Post up so I can go through the middle with Marcus.
Sometimes I will run cover 2 man and drop a 3rd player into a deep third but usually opposing QBs don't have time to throw anything that deep.
Man is still really effective with the right abilities and changing it up from time to time. Like I said, bend but don't break.....Most players don't have the patience to drive slowly down the field :)
