What discounted ability buckets does Brady get?

So how many special buckets does Brady get? I see no way to get discounted SFL, Fearless, gunslinger, and HRM. I figure you can get 2 of them discounted but wanted to check since I am working and can't log in.

So looking at his abilities on here, I don't see the extra buckets but he can only get fearless, HRM, and SFL in tier 3. Gunslinger can only be acquired through a special bucket. 

So it seems he cannot get SFL, fearless, HRM and gunslinger. He's going to need gunslinger because that release is slow. HRM is huge. SFL is a must for velocity. And fearless is also really important. Doesn't matter if you have ideal or paranoid under senses pressure. Still going to need fearless to avoid bad throws under pressure
