In effect, he's a +2 for Steelers theme team this way. Previous years you couldnt use the same player more than once. Anyone know if this is a bug, or intended in MUT23?

Different sides of the ball are OOP's and yes its intended we have these every year

It has always been you can use two versions of a player ONLY if they are on different sides of the balls (one on offense, one on defense), and it still is this year.
You can also use both versions of Gridiron Guardians Mentors and Alter Egos at the same time.
