Worth powering up slay?

i thought I had to buy the 91 to get 1 Ap Pick artist but it seems you don’t. Is it worth the 200k to power him up for +1 man and 2 ap acrobat?

I spent the 2ap I would have used for acro on his universal coverage x- factor.  Starts the game already active and to me, has been a better move.
