Blitz Bux/Blitz Tix after promo

I have left over Blitz Bux and Blitz Tix from the Blitz promo. Is there anything I can redeem these for or am I SOL now that the promo ended? 
 

I have several free Blitz players I don’t need that sell for Blitz Bux and not training.  Can I do anything with this?
