I don't understand exactly how the special X Factors work. 

 For instance; The Refrigerator has  "Blitz (The Refrigerator)" X factor for 3 AP. What does  "6 (sim) and 9 (comp)" mean? 

Does it take 6 plays to power up, then you get 3 plays worth of the effect?

They take AP to have versus the 0 AP but they start with them. 

If they show a differential, that shows the play downtime before it gets reactivated again so they arent OP.
