Yah cost 5k per random strategy card in market.

5K/card and get them from dailies. 

Keep putting the cards into the exchange sets. Either white to blue or white to green to blue. 

Then if you dont get one there, you do the fantasy pack and hope you get one out of there for the ones you want. 

Its possibly you may have to do this multiple times in order to get a correct statted one.
