NinerEmpire. Totw is so random it seems. They can make a card for anyone basically and justify it as long as that players had at least one good game in the NFL.

DPJ for me will be haunted by that goal line opportunity. Should have caught it (my fantasy team at least thinks so).
JK Dobbins had 120 yards on 15 carries and a TD in his first game back.
Hurts was awesome but just got a card. Same for Lawrence.
Miles Sanders should get one.
Jeudy should be TotW because this is likely his only shot with that crapshoot QB.
On the defensive side:
Roquan Smith with an INT and a sack
Josey Jewell 2 INTs
Logan Wilson with 17 tackles and Bengals shutting down Nick Chubb

jjettas and ja'marr chase arent gonna get another TOTW card. DPJ could maaaaayyybeeee get one but idk. id love a miles sanders or brandon graham
