what do y’all consider a budget beast under 100k or under 15 personally I think under 60k is a budget player but I also consider under 25 a super budget player let me know what y’all think and who Is y’all’s favorite budget player
What is a budget player
Id say 100k but 50k is probably average. Someone cheap who plays above the stats or meets certain thresholds that others dont.
Really depends on the time of year. Sometimes there wont be anything in the 50k but you go to 100k and theyre good as 200k+ cards.
Favorite budget players...
Offense: Edgerrin James / Defense: Ray Nitschke
for me it’s 75k and under. it’s a player who exceeds expectations for their over all in a few stats i.e. speed, zone, runblock etc or even crazy height and crazy speed on a low OVR guy.
i picked up ed reed 88 over all for 60k a few weeks back, and i considered him a budget beast for me as he had 90 zone and 90 speed, and he played very well for me. an amazing budget saftey for 60k in comparison to a brian dawkins for 400k at the time i purchased reed. miss out on the big hits, but i didn’t feel as if he played any worse in coverage than a 93 would have

100k and under
100k and under is what I consider budget. That's a fairly obtainable amount of coins for any player.

Obviously as others have stated the coin amount to be considered ”budget” varies and changes throughout the year. Tremaine Edmunds TE (25k) is still a budget beast at FB and TE.
