Well with TB12 retiring I would imagine he gets a tribute card. Usually the super bowl MVP is the first Gold 99 but do you think EA makes an exception and gives one to Brady ? I am in no way a patriots fan and spent quite a while rooting against Brady but I have to say I feel thankful that I got to see him and truly appreciate his career and greatness. And Im sure it won’t be a meta type card but if any player ever deserved that 99 it was TB12.
It will be cool if they give him a 99 with field general, but keep his 85 speed from the scrambler card
This man was a Giant among men!!

That would be gangster send him out with a card like that
Then the dilemma comes: did he win MVP and if so will he get a just as good card for that?? 🤷
Just announce the 99 Tribute card for after the SB, but keep the tradition of the SB MVP getting the first 99. No way you can give him a 98 Tribute card is there? I mean, it is EA though......................

They need to give him the old school GT treatment with the 103-105 stats

I think they have to do it quickly. Tribute cards for retirement generally comes pretty fast after the announcement. I think they lose his rights once he files.

Spot on. They have 48 hours. Except he hasn't officially retired yet...

He’s due $15 million dollars next Friday, the 4th. He’s not gonna hang it up before that hits his bank account. 😏

I'll only believe that Mr "When I suck, I'll retire" is done once I see the press conference announcement

That is true, but I don't think he'll win
