Which has better competition? one on one head to head season gameplay or squad season game play competition?

Squads and H2H are two completely different modes, and Squads uses 3 people while H2H is 1v1. Gameplay is different because in squads you have 3 people usering on defense and people running out on WR routes. 

It’s kind of hard to say which one is harder competition

Definitely squads, duos to be specific. Chems stack, two users, usually a lot sweatier. Having a second person allows you to do things like user streaks and other glitchy things

Find some competent folks for duos or squads and shoot the shit with them and have fun. It's a lot more fun than playing the clowns that spam Gun Tight every play in H2H.

I struggle in every competitive mode other than solo battles so makes no difference to me

Squads is infinitely harder on offense.  Triple the users means little to no windows to throw. 
 

I’d rather try to score against an MCS winner than against 3 decent users in squads.
