For today's new release of the AKA Program in MUT 25, we have Ray Nitschke AKA "Wild Man" and Patrick Mahomes AKA "Showtime". Ray Nitschke was a 5x NFL Champion and 2x Super Bowl Champion with the Green Bay Packers, winning the first 2 Super Bowls ever played! Former teammate Bart Starr once said of Nitschke, "Ray played with such recklessness and fierceness that he developed a reputation fast that here was a guy you avoided, if at all possible." With that in mind, it's pretty easy to see how the middle linebacker earned his nickname of Wild Man.
Our other AKA Player in today's drop needs no introduction to fans of the game of football. Despite being given numerous nicknames over his career, Patrick Mahomes II has always preferred the "Showtime" moniker, which was given to him at a young age by his father, former MLB pitcher, Pat Mahomes. The 3x Super Bowl Champion, 3x Super Bowl MVP, and former NFL Offensive Player of the Year Winner has certainly lived up to the nickname.
