A new multi-part program called "Breakouts" was revealed on GMM this morning and is targeted to go live in MUT today at 1:30pm ET. The new program celebrates players with the potential to have a breakout season in the NFL this year. Breakouts Part 1 includes the usual new player items, sets, solo challenges, and Field Pass, but there will be a Head-to-Head Draft Event as well! Let's jump into a preview of everything below:
Side Note: An AP Update will go live once Breakouts is released later today, increasing the AP Limit by +1 on offense and +2 on defense.
Breakouts Badges
All Breakouts LTDs and Champions have 2 upgrade steps that require Breakouts Badges to unlock. The 1st upgrade boosts some of the player's ratings and unlocks a Tier 1 ability bucket. The 2nd upgrade unlocks a custom ability bucket containing 3x higher-tier abilities.
Breakouts Badges can be earned in the following ways:
- 1x from the Welcome Pack
- 4x from Challenges (2 per release)
- 5x from Sets
- 1x for 3 wins in the Breakouts H2H Draft Event (repeatable)
