The final week of the Legends Program in MUT 23 has arrived today and capping off the program we have LTD Joe Flacco, LTD Rodney Harrison, Mike Alstott, and Brian Cushing. Flacco might get overshadowed by the Career Tribute Brady news, but with a Slinger 1 QB release and solid discounted abilities, Flacco should still be able to start on a lot of teams out there. Patriots Theme Teams have been running hot lately with a lot of upgrades in the Super Bowl Program and they continue the streak today with LTD Rodney Harrison (and Tribute Brady). All of today's players can equip discounted abilities when fully upgraded, with at least 1-2 free options to choose from as well.
