Madden Machines: Tyreek Hill, Anthony Barr and more

A new two-part program called "Madden Machines" has been revealed by EA and Part 1 went live in-game today. The Champions for this program all come with a Motivator Chemistry that provides rating boosts to players at specific positions in your lineup. All other Madden Machines Players come with an optional Overdrive Mode that boosts some of that particular player's ratings at the expense of lowering other ratings.

Champions

Each Champion has a Motivator Chemistry that boosts all players on your team at a specific position. Motivator Chems DO carry over to the player's Power Up once the Champion has been added.

The following NCAT players can be earned from Madden Machines Solo Challenges (more challenges coming in Part 2):

Overdrive

With the exception of Champions who get Motivator Chemistry, all Madden Machines players will have an optional upgrade step on their player item called "Overdrive". When activated, it will boost some ratings and decrease others. So, there is a trade-off to keep in mind before activating this mode. Overdrives do NOT carry over once the player's Madden Machine item is added to Power Up.

  • 98 OVR Champion Tyreek Hill - Exchange 3x 96 OVR Madden Machines Heroes to receive 98 OVR Champion Tyreek Hill, his Power Up, and 3x 96 OVR NCAT Madden Machines Heroes of your choice.
  • 98 OVR Champion Anthony Barr - Exchange 3x 96 OVR Madden Machines Heroes to receive 98 OVR Champion Anthony Barr, his Power Up, and 3x 96 OVR NCAT Madden Machines Heroes of your choice.
  • 96 OVR Madden Machines Hero - All 6 Heroes for this program have their own set with the same requirements. Exchange 4x 92 OVR Madden Machines Players to receive the respective player's 96 OVR Madden Machines Hero that can be put into Overdrive Mode to boost his stats at the expense of others.
  • 92 OVR Madden Machines Fantasy Pack - Exchange 5x 88 OVR Madden Machines Players to receive a Fantasy Pack allowing you to choose any 1x 92 OVR Madden Machines Player.
  • 88 OVR Madden Machines Fantasy Pack - Exchange 3x ANY 85-86 OVR Players and 1x ANY 83-84 OVR Player to receive a Fantasy Pack allowing you to choose any 1x 88 OVR Madden Machines Player.

Four drives are all you'll get to initiate your victory protocol. Get a lead of 15 points or have the lead after four drives - either way, you'll get the win. Steal points from your opponent with sacks and TFLs!
