Rookie Premiere player items are finally being granted today in Madden Ultimate Team 25 for everyone who completed their Rookie Premiere Sets in Madden Ultimate Team 24. As long as you logged into MUT 24 during Rookie Premiere and received the Welcome Pack Puka Nacua, you will receive an 82 OVR version of Puka Nacua once the program goes live today in MUT 25.
