Team of the Week 8 was revealed by EA on Twitch this morning and is targeted to go live today at 1:30pm ET. For our 2x 91 OVR LTDs this week, we have Packers HB Josh Jacobs and A.J. Terrell Jr, both only being available in packs for a limited time (about 48 hours). The 90 OVR Champions in this week's release are Jameis Winston, Ladd McConkey, and Xavier McKinney.
Jameis Winston and the Browns feasted on a W after his first start of the year in relief duty for the injured Deshaun Watson. Not only did the Browns win 29-24, but they defeated the heavily favored Baltimore Ravens. In the divisional contest, Winston completed 27 of 41 passes for 334 passing yards and 3 touchdowns.
The Los Angeles Chargers handled the New Orleans Saints with ease at home on Sunday, winning by a score of 26-8. Rookie WR Ladd McConkey led the offensive attack for the Chargers, hauling in 6 receptions for 111 yards and 2 touchdowns.
The Packers took down the Jaguars by a score of 30-27 to move to 6-2 on the year. In the game, Xavier McKinney snagged an errant Trevor Lawrence pass for his league-leading 6th INT of the season through just 8 games! The longtime member of the Giants looks better than ever in his first season in Green Bay with the Packers.
