Is it worth it as I failed to pull any LTD eggs?

Do you need PlayStation plus in order to access the  field passes for objectives and rewards of various programs? In 23' you didn't.

For those who have bought it.. how did you do?

I have opened all eggtravagant and mystery. Which other has the better odds to pull a LTD from? Eggxcellent or simple?
