But you can get 12 points off one play in the solo on 1 star and just replay the solo, no need to soend time on kickoffs or defense lol

That is so grindy though, lol you can re do the challenges for the one drive td ones and move pretty quick

I think the passing ones gove the most but I never unlocked the passing part of backyard ballers lol

The backyard baller solos give more than 7 points per touchdown
just tested on a solo and got 12 points for a 80 yard rushing td and it updated my progress…
