For anyone that wasn't aware, the codes are now working.

Mine didn't work either.  Either the codes aren't live yet or they really messed up the promotion.

If you redeem the 23 code the email says it is a MUT 24 pack code when you receive it.

Codes are rolling out but they seem to be currently invalid.  At least mine are.
