You can hit 30/30. Im running Lions/Bucs. Need the 3x strat card, all 2x Chem Team Builders and atleast 1x Rookie Premiere with both Team Chems.

3x extra RP Tokens but not 3x new RP to choose from. Received all 3 on launch.

There is a delay in newly posted cards on the AH. You will see them posted on this site before they will show up in game, even on a key word search.
