I need help filling out my roster
I got 6 million coins. I need players at all the empty positions and maybe upgrades at the others.

I would recommend using the TOTY on one of the QBs.
At WR, Andre Reed and Chris Olave are good options.
At CB, Michael Vick, Kaiir Elam or PS2.

For your BND player I would recommend an offensive lineman that would stay on your roster for the rest of the year, one of the pass rushers, or Sauce.
