With Season 2, it was almost a month from launch until the 89 tokens were available. I would expect the 91 token for another 3 weeks or so.

Those upgrades absolutely apply to Taysom or the mystery player. I got them earlier today and currently have my Taysom HB up to an 87 OVR.

I picked the Taysom HB. With the all-team chems, he'll be a nice upgrade over the 88 UA Saquon that I'm currently using on my Eagles/Commanders theme team.
