Then take a WR or O-Line men if one takes your fancy. They all plummeted to rental price when the pack came out anyway, so doesnt really matter

This is weird, i never got Gravedigger and until now wasn't aware of any fantasy pack, what's up with that? Anyone have a link with more details?? I'm not even sure which question to pose to EA -- how or where is the best place to contact them??

They weren’t free giveaways, you had to be locked out of the game for a few weeks to get the Ltd pack and for gravedigger you had to open TVPs or some pack during the period he wasn’t in the packs even though he was supposed to be

Yep. I should have gotten this makeright but multiple attempts to alert EA to the issue have been fruitless. Guess I'm not too bad off but would have like the extra coins and BND players

Yep, I should've gotten it. Unfortunately the EA help team is apparently powerless to do anything about it and the "Studio" they named was investigating the issue, with no result. Worst customer service ever, but at least the advisors were polite.

Update: Decided to try contacting EA again. The advisor was easily the most helpful one I've chatted with so far, so I'm hopeful that the issue is finally going to be resolved.

Good luck, hope you get that resolved @QB283! I tried Twitter support and got a very polite individual, who basically said "everyone who should have received the Gravedigger LTD got it" and that their tools were allegedly broken, so they basically could not do anything. I assume it's a canned response, but as others pointed out, at least the person was extremely polite. Oh well, I'm giving up and moving on.
