Full transparency, I'm part of the team at huddle.gg so I'm biased on this one. Madden is just like anything else. Practicing and studying will improve your skill level. Having someone, or a group of people, guiding you in that process speeds things up significantly. I see it the same as taking courses to build any other skill.
If you're interested in Huddle.gg, we have plenty of resources to get you started. Our Discord server is completely free and already has over 5,000 members: https://huddle.gg/discord
We also have a YouTube channel with hundreds of free tips to improve your game: https://www.youtube.com/huddlegg

personally I started with madden money shot on youtube, he does really good small mini schemes for free. This year I tried zanmadden which has some good stuff as far as current metas and the counters to it. however, I don't play in a high enough tier to see a lot of these things so it didn't really apply to my skill level and apparently a handful of the people in that discord are top 544 level madden players. The huddle.gg stuff on here is really helpful, but at a certain point it just comes down to you putting in the hours to be good. All of these programs are great to get you kick started or keep you up on most effective tactics, but you still have to get the reps and experience to get better. anything over 15$ a month is too much imo
