CHEMISTRY ERROR

Every time I try to change the team chemistry on certain cards (such as 94 overall BHM CAMERON JORDAN for example) all The options are blank and if I click one it shows a message saying “our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later “ then forces me to quit to the main menu 

anyone else have this problem?

Yes.  9 times out of 10, that resolves itself when I reset Madden. But I have 1 player, Ken Norton, that it won't even let me get to the upgrade screen on no matter what I do. It's been doing it for weeks.
