Editing Team Custom Uniforms

*Apologies ahead of time if this is a stupid inquiry*
When trying to edit/create the Custom variants of Team Unis, I receive the following  Error message every time: “Error - Something unexpected happened, please try again later..”. Not sure what EA means by “later”, as ive tried daily since release with the same result. Any fix?
