ever since dbs have been getting passive X factors like bottleneck+Universal Coverage, it’s been imposible to play offense. I heard x factors/passive x factors like rac em up max security and double help get animations that beat press and man but I’ve tried that and it just doesn’t work at all . can someone pls help me out bc these defensives are just impossible to play against.

civil premium on youtube has a couple different videos on how to beat it.
Formations with 2 TEs are good because cpu can't press TEs.
Learn how to block the different blitzes, when people run cover 0
Ace slot offset, and double stack (verticals) from spread playbook are good. Slot, and TE posts are good hot routes that beat man. Any play with a post that the play art indicates an inside release won't get pressed as badly. Some stock plays with multiple quick slants can beat it, but it isn't consistent and sometimes it is tough to make a quick decision. The wheel route out of double posts in eagles playbook beats it as well.
