When I play and I’m on defense I have 3 linemen with d factors 2 unstoppable forces and a colossus reigns Jordan and sapp to be specific. I also have carter with interior threat. How the hell do people I play against have so much time in the pocket? When I’m on offense people will rush three linemen with no x factors and somehow I’ll get sacked in around 2-3 secs?? I don’t back up or step out of the pocket either and I move up in it when I can? Do I just suck or does the game hate me?

most people run multiple secure protectors which completely nullifies any pass rush abilities. If they send the HB out on a route you need to blitz 5, and blitz your user then drop. IF they block the HB you need to blitz 6 plus your user before dropping back.
If you aren't running secure protector on as many lineman as possible, change that. Sometimes people slant their line, blitz their user and they get weird rush angles that come in. you have to slide you protection, try IDing slot corners, you kind of have to just try a bunch of different things until you find something that blocks it.
