have any of you guys found a successful playbook for both offense and defense? im trying to find a few with the new bunch x nasty formations n such
i think NE always is great to start the game. But i am very confused that the playbooks on old gen were not updated, so they are exactly the same like in 23. On current Gen there seem to be some big changes. Did anyone else notice that?
I generally run Run n gun on offense & Giants, Patriots or multiple D. Last year I moved to spread playbook & multiple D playbook. Figure out what it is you like to do and lean into a book that helps you do what you like the best.
everyone is telling me Jets offense and 46 defense
I've been using the Chiefs offense so far, and I'm enjoying it. There are a few new formations that are pretty neat. On defense I'm using Multiple D since I couldn't find 46 on the auction house, and I'm mixed on that one, but I think that's just because my skills on defense are rusty.
@ Drift Boss Look into playbooks that are commonly used and have a reputation for success. This can include playbooks from successful teams or renowned coaches. Study their strategies, formations, and play designs to understand how they achieve success.
Chiefs, has gun bunch x nasty, and gun bunch x nasty strong, both great formations along with some unique route combos, speed option, read option from tight open, Trey y flex.
defensively I’ve bounced around. It’s all preference. I’m in ravens right now I like the diversity of nickel formations. They have some that blitz really well, and some that stop the run without sacrificing the extra db
