Reading Defense With 2 TE, 2 WR, Sets

I know to check safeties' and CB when i get to the line, but without a slot WR its harder to identify Man from Zone pre-snap. I know i could motion a player to the other side and see if CB follows, but i don't like having to do that all the time. Do  yall have any tips on tellling Man from Zone pre-snap in these formations?

I know I could move a player to the opposite side and see whether the CB follows.
