What defense is everyone running?

I'm running big nickel. it has a good amount of plays to stop passes and runs. What about yall?

Although when I do choose a defense, I usually run Nickel with Zone Blitzes. I have trouble with Man Coverage because my players aren't always the expensive fast new players, so I rely on Zone so that they don't have to keep up with receivers.

My favorite scheme is Falcons Defense 24 Dbl Mug. I personally prefer pass rush OLBs so Falcons playbook is great for that, plus the ability to choose between User Blitz or coverage starting close to the line of scrimmage. It gives you good options to user against both the run and short passes, as well as blitz dbs.

3-3, then audible to 3-3 Cub in the 46 playbook. Get better outside rushers this way. And then Dollar as well.

33 cub, has all my coverage shells and the fastest blitz.

46 out of Bengals, not meta but still usable

4-3 over, dollar or nickel normal
