also it is very important to know that anxiety is totally normal and absolutely everybody has this. You need to tell yourself that it is normal to have anxiety and that everything is going to be OK and that you stressing out nonstop is not going to fix everything and that it is OK to be anxious and OK to be stressed out at times. Everybody on this planet go through this. There are TED talks on YouTube that are really really incredible to listen to and I think will help you. I hope this helps.
