Has anyone else realize raffles came out they’ll become fewer and fewer. I rarely get any anymore.

Noticed the same, I think it's a good thing though. It'll make sure those who are really active in the forums get rewarded.

We're looking for ways to distribute more by rewarding site activity and winners of different contests we run moving forward. Right now, the best way to earn them is by posting a few times a day in the forums and/or discord and showing up to the events, like Pack Blitz tonight at 7 pm ET or Trivia tomorrow at 8 pm ET, both on discord.
