RP don't upgrade this year. You will have to purchase the 92 Harris.

Yeah, as lachry said, Rookie Premieres don't upgrade this year. They started out at 86 OVR and were pretty valuable at the beginning of the year but have little to no value at all now.

Throw that 86 Rookie Premier card and any others that have been knocked out of your lineup into the exchange for a 87-88 card in the sets.
