what do you guys like to do To workout or be active if that’s your thing?
I mostly run, I shoot for 20 miles a week on a good week, although im only getting back into it after a break but I’m shooting for a sub 30 8k (like 5 miles, it’s the college running standard)
for strength I do calisthenics (push-ups, pull ups, squats etc) and I’m rn trying for a pistol squat (still need to do it off a bench) and a one armed push-up (currently doing archer push-ups)
I’ll also do compound lifts for strength occasionally (bench, squat, deadlift) or isolation movements for a weak muscle group eg my biceps are lacking since I mostly do pushing exercises so curls are a must
