Banned for no reason. Ea Denies claim

I have been banned for coin distribution and I have disputed it to the max with no avail. I am a 43 year old physician who plays just to relax from stress of work and I spend a lot of money on here, so this has been so frustrating. I don't know how to buy or sale coins or anything, but they look into my disputes supposedly and deny my appeal. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I have read rules and regulations and multiple sites, but I don't do anything wrong from what I have seen. I don't stop games with conceding, etc. I spend my money on ea store for MUT packs and do everything legit. I am close to just never playing again, but its really my one thing that helps me turn off my surgery life, and relax. Very frustrating, especially since they wiped me of all my coins that I spent a lot of money on.

Ugh that sucks man hope they reverse it and give you extra stuff for your inconveniences 

your only option is to go to EA help and I think there’s some chick on Twitter that helps with that too but I forget the name. Field ghoul or something

I did the elway set and had this happen to me. I appealed the ban and lost as well. I messaged field ghoul and had no response.

I spoke with some higher ups through email.  I did research and found out whom to email.   Someone else had been doing the same and we kinda used a quote in the TOS to force them to review it.  If you wanna dm me I can drop some info.

I'm a rescue diver. I spend countless 12 hour days on standby away from my family at hotels with this as my distraction. I'd wait 30 days to suit up and pull their ass out of the water.
