I ready the instructions did it but its just saying gur 

can someone send me a fake example of the text needed to post a picture

Could link to imgr or something or post directly to. 
Theres an insert image option in the replies next to link and source

  1. upload picture to imgur.com
  2. right click on uploaded picture
  3. click "open image in new tab"
  4. go to that new tab
  5. highlight and copy the entire url
  6. open mut.gg
  7. click the button circled in red below and paste your copied url
